Shipping
A flat fee of $10 applies to all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped free UPS Ground. All packages are insured and tracked. At this time we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders placed before 3:00pm Pacific time on a business day will be processed and shiped that day. Otherwise they will go out the following business day.
Once an order is shipped you will be e-mailed a UPS tracking number which should give you an estimate of when your package will arrive.
Returns
We are sure you are going to love your jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please mail back the item(s) with the Merchandise return form filled out within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The item(s) need to be returned in “like new” condition and in original packaging. You must obtain an RMA # before shipping your package back to us by contacting info@bdina.com.
